Clean Eating Brownies

Just made these brownies and the only thing bad about 

them was that I couldn't stop eating them. I have to 

remember that just because they are clean doesn't mean I 

can eat the whole tray..oops. I tried one batch as is, and in

another batch I added 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. The 

batch without the PB tasted better to me. I also found that it

is really important to let them cool before eating. Hope you

like them! Enjoy :)



INGREDIENTS:


1/3 cup coconut flour 

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder.

1/3 cup coconut oil

5 whole eggs 

1/2 cup maple syrup.

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract 



DIRECTIONS:

1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together coconut flour and cocoa

 powder. 

I am Stepping OUT of my Comfort Zone

Today I feel a little insane. Two years ago I took a chance and made the best decision of my life by stepping out of my comfort zone, and making the necessary changes to get healthy and in shape. Yes, I expected to lose weight, and look better by joining the challenge, but there were some changes that I did not expect. I did NOT expect that my entire life would be changed forever beyond getting healthy. The physical changes were exactly what I was going for, but the way I changed  inside was what really matters to me. I feel incredibly motivated, happy, and inspired on a daily basis. This feeling inside me is so strong, that I have abandoned my fears of annoying others with my positivity and just go after it day in and day out.

 I use to be a pretty miserable person to be around. I was always worried about something...my vocabulary was filled with "what ifs", and "but this might". I would often stop for a minute and realize I was even annoying the shit our of myself…
