Cooking Time: 35 min.  INGREDIENTS: 1 teaspoon olive oil 1 1/2 pounds lean ground bison  1 medium white onion, chopped 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin 1 tablespoon chili powder 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (optional) 1 (15-ounce) can kidney or pinto beans, rinsed and drained 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce (no-sugar-added variety) 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley DIRECTIONS: 1.
