Keto Beef & Broccoli
This recipe was so easy to make and tasted so good! I no longer have any reason to order out for Chinese. This dish will pair so well with the other keto Chinese dishes I've made like General Tso's , pork egg roll in a bowl , fried cauliflower rice, and now beef & broccoli! Enjoy!! serving: 177 g | calories: 273 kcal | carbohydrates: 3 g | protein: 24 g | fat: 17 g Ingredients 1lb beef (sirloin, skirt steak, boneless short ribs...etc) 1 to 2 heads broccoli, break into florets 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 pieces thin sliced ginger, finely chopped Ghee Beef Marinade 2 Tbsp coconut aminos 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt 1 Tbsp sesame oil 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 tsp arrowroot 1/4 tsp baking soda Sauce Combo 2 Tbsp coconut aminos 1 Tbsp red boat fish sauce 2 tsp sesame oil 1/4 tsp black pepper Directions Slice beef into about 1/4 inch thin pieces. Marinate the beef with the beef marinade ingredients. Mix well.
