Country Heat Update

As some of you may know, I was lucky enough to be one of the coaches chosen to participate in the Country Heat Test Group before its release in July 2016. Now I can't go into detail about the program, because then I would have to kill you, but I can share bits and pieces of the journey thus far. First, I am having an absolute BLAST doing the workouts. I have yet to dread working out, because honestly dancing and having fun puts my in a good mood and these do not feel like workouts although they are. I really want to see results with this program so I have been very disciplined in following the nutrition plan and workout schedule. I will admit, I was skeptical about seeing results because I thought, "It's just dancing"...but I am seeing them! At the end of week 1 I was down 5 pounds which was my goal for the entire program! Since then I have just been maintaining and continuing to do the workouts and eat clean. My goal for the end of the 30 day
