Country Heat Update

As some of you may know, I was lucky enough to be one of the coaches chosen to participate in the Country Heat Test Group before its release in July 2016. Now I can't go into detail about the program, because then I would have to kill you, but I can share bits and pieces of the journey thus far.  First, I am having an absolute BLAST doing the workouts. I have yet to dread working out, because honestly dancing and having fun puts my in a good mood and these do not feel like workouts although they are. I really want to see results with this program so I have been very disciplined in following the nutrition plan and workout schedule. I will admit, I was skeptical about seeing results because I thought, "It's just dancing"...but I am seeing them!  At the end of week 1 I was down 5 pounds which was my goal for the entire program! Since then I have just been maintaining and continuing to do the workouts and eat clean. My goal for the end of the 30 day

Dance Like No One's Watching

In January I declared 2016 the year of dancing like no one is watching, so when I found out I was chosen to be a part of the Country Heat Test Group I was absolutely pumped!  Country Heat is a new dance fitness program from trainer Autumn Calabrese that incorporates country music and line dancing paired with a dialed in nutrition plan that focuses on portion control.  For 30 days I get to take part in this test group and do the program before it is released to see what it is all about, and what the results will be!  So what is Country Heat all about? It is a high energy, low impact dance workout that will have you sweating, laughing, and oblivious to the fact that you are even working out!
