21 Day Fix Extreme: Cashew 'N' Oat Hotcakes

This recipe is from the 21 Day Fix Extreme Food Plan book and comes out to 1 yellow container, 1/2 purple, and 1 teaspoon. If you are having a pancake craving, these are great!

Batter will be thick, if too thick add some water.Heat medium non-stick skillet, lightly coated with spray, over medium heat.Spoon about 1/4 cup batter into skillet for each pancake; cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until bubbles form on top. Flip with spatula and cook for 30 seconds.Repeat with remaining batter.Serve pancakes topped with berries.

30 Days to Confidence

Do you ever feel like you were meant for something huge in this world? Like you were put here for a purpose? Do you feel like you could have an impact on others in a positive way, if you were only brave enough to do so? Do you ever create a plan in your head, something amazing, something that the whole world could benefit from...but then that pesky shyness sneaks up on you, grabs you from behind, and pulls you back into that black hole of mediocrity? I get it! Know why? because that is how I felt for the first 30 years of my life!
I can remember being 8 years old and having HUGE dreams, I just always felt like I was meant for something big in this world. I felt like I had the power to make a difference, but even then I was held back by a lack of confidence, and overcome by shyness. I may have had all the answers in class, but there was no way I would put my hand up. I may have been able to make every shot on the court, but the fact that someone had once called me a 'hun' made m…

21 Day Fix Extreme: Meatloaf

I got this meatloaf recipe from the 21 Day Fix Extreme eating plan, and I was very excited to see it back there. My mom loves to make meatloaf...and she loves to invite me over for her meatloaf...and I love her meatloaf....only problem is, I can't eat it! My moms meatloaf definitely does not fit into my meal plan, but now I can have her make this for me! It was easy to make, good portion size, and fulfilled my meatloaf craving! For this recipe you use 1 red, 1/2 purple, and 1/2 yellow.

21 Day Fix Extreme: Week 1 Review, Week 2 Meal Plan

I have just completed my first full week of the 21 Day Fix Extreme, and I am still pretty excited about it! I was coming off of 60 days or MAX:30 and lets just say I was having trouble during that program when it came to nutrition. I saw results, but not what I was hoping for with the holiday food, and traveling. 1 week into the fix extreme, and I can already see results, and I feel better!

The workouts are intense, but doable, and they use weights...just how I like them! If you thought pilates in the regular 21 Day Fix was tough, wait until you try pilates extreme! We tried out the bonus dvd that came in the fix this week at fit club, and lets just say by the end we were dying!!
I have been diligent with my meal planning, and prep, so this week was easy to stick to my plan! Without the meal plan, I would be in the same boat that I was in last week, so make a plan!

I started testing out some of the recipes, and there were definitely some highlights! The egg muffins are easy to make, an…

TeamBStrong Coach Opportunity: Could this be your calling?

When I joined as a Beachbody coach 3 years ago I did it to get a discount on the products. I was obsessed with Shakeology and always wanted to have the newly released programs, so it just made sense to sign up. Long story short, I started running my own challenge groups, and realized I could help to change people lives for the better...I became addicted to that as well.

When I started to work the business I knew I wanted to eventually leave my full time job, but my first goal was to just make enough money to pay my credit card bills. I knew that being a coach would help me stay on track with my own health and fitness, I knew it would help me pay my credit card bills and get me a 25% discount on the products, but what I didn't know was that I was going to be traveling the country, and meeting some of the most amazing people alive, who would soon become my closest friends.

We always talk about the technical stuff involved with being a coach. The commission, the discounts, and the re…

21 Day Fix Extreme Meal Plan

There has been lots of excitement around the release of the 21 Day Fix Extreme this past Monday, myself included! I got my copy rushed to me, and now it is time to meal plan! What makes this program different from the regular 21 Day Fix is that everything is more extreme...hence the name. Both the workouts and the meal plan is amped up, which will be sure to make for some extreme results. I have tried two of the workouts so far, and so far I love what I have seen and can't wait to start for real tomorrow! I will be doing several rounds of this program leading up to the Beachbody Success Club trip in Cancun this April! I am bringing my best friend Liz who has a bikini competition the weekend before and will be in tip top shape. I figured if I am going to be sitting next to her on the beach, I also want to be bikini ready!

When it comes to Fix Extreme meal plans, there are two choices: The Extreme Meal Plan, and The Countdown to Competition.

February Deals!

I am pretty excited to share that we have 5 crazy deals going on within Team Beachbody during the month of February. These are particularly exciting for me because aside from a brand new program, the others are the programs that my challengers have seen the most success with. I am going to get right into it for you all, so you can see what I am talking about!

NEW 21 Day Fix Extreme Challenge Pack

I'm sure that most of you have heard of that little thing called the 21 Day Fix? Well, Autumn Calabrese decided to get extreme, and take it to the next level with the 21 Day Fix Extreme. This program is not for beginners, but if you have done any of our other programs, including the 21 Day Fix, this is for you! It is the same idea with shorter 30 minute workouts for 21 days paired with the meal portion container system, but is more extreme. The workouts are amped up, and the meal plan is more dialed in. If you are looking to get toned, and up your intensity, and really see where you…

Clean Eating Spicy Buffalo Wings

This is a recipe I found on The Gracious Pantry website and made for the Super Bowl. I liked the tenders most! It was really quick and easy to make! Perfect for when you want to bring a clean app to not so clean eating people. I substituted agave nectar for the honey. The Recipe makes 8 servings (about 1/2 lb each).
