Growth. New Leader Retreat Destin,FL

Image
Last weekend I had the opportunity to spend 5 days in a house that reminded me of something from The Bachelor, with 40 of the most amazing, driven, motivational, strong, fun, bad ass people I know. It was our teams new leader retreat in Destin, FL and it is one of the many reason I love my job as a coach.

What does a weekend like this entail? Aside from the plethera of Shakeology being made in the morning you can expect fun in the sun, team bonding, networking, business training, drinks, dub smashes, lots of selfies, morning workouts, inspiration, and some serious personal growth

Lots of positive changes have happened for me throughout my coaching journey, but the change that I value most is the personal growth. As coaches we have the opportunity to meet lots of people from all over...people who inspire the hell out of us! Not only do I get to meet these people, but they have become some of my closest friends and have helped me to grow in ways I never knew were possible.

On our trip …
