22 Minute Hard Corps Week 4 Meal Plan

I'm onto week four of 22 Minute Hard Corps and I have only done resistance 3 so far, but all I can say is HOLY HELL! Just when I thought the gorilla crawls were getting easier a whole new array of moves are introduced...THANKS TONY! 
All kidding aside I do feel like I am getting much stronger and am still beat after every single workout! My meal plan is set for week four and I am ready to tackle the week!

22 Minute Hard Corps Review & Week 3 Meal Plan

So week two of 22 Minute Hard Corps just happened... I can't believe that I ever doubted getting a good workout in with this program. I mean yea it's only 22 minutes, but it's Tony freaking Horton...OF COURSE I am going to get a good workout! 

I got the sandbag with the program and have been using that with someone the moves...lets just say I named my sandbag and it starts with F. 

I tried out a few of the meals from the meal plan this week. They are all super simple to make. I decided to add a few tweaks of my own to the Tempeh Kale Salad (pictured above). 
So far so good with this program. Even though I am BEAT after the workout my brain still has yet to accept that it is ok to workout for just 22 minutes. I am now onto week 3 and am feeling stronger. I can tell by the fact that I am using F (my sandbag) a lot more and am not swearing at the t.v. as much. Week 3 meal plan is ready to go and I am ready to GET SOME.

22 Minute Hard Corps Meal Plan

I am currently on week 2 of the new Tony Horton program 22 Minute Hard Corps and I will admit, it has taken some getting use to. It is just really hard for me to get through my head that it is ok to workout for just 22 minutes. I end the workouts breathless and sweaty, but my brain is still trained to think I need to workout for longer! 


That being said, the workout really is bad ass and I have no doubt that my body is changing and getting a damn good workout. I am taking this program very seriously and will be making meal plans each week as well as sharing weekly progress reports and updates. So here we go...week two meal plan!!!
