I wanted to put all the meal plans I have shared in one central location, so here you go! 

21 Day Fix Extreme Strawberry Protein Bars

I love my sweets, but I also love being fit. Sadly those two things don't really go together, but there are ways around it! This is one of the recipes from the 21 Day Fix Extreme that satisfies my sweet tooth! INGREDIENTS: (Makes 8 servings, 1 square each) 2 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats 4 scoops Strawberry Shakeology 1/2 cup all natural smooth almond butter (I used peanut butter) 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (I used coconut milk) DIRECTIONS: Place oats and Shakeology in the blender or food processor; cover and blend for 1 minute. Add the almond butter and milk; cover. Blend for 1 minute or until it forms a wet dough. Place in an 8 x 8-inch baking dish; press evenly to cover the bottom of the dish. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Cut into eight 1-inch squares.  Enjoy!

Clean Eating Doughnut Recipe

In honor of National Doughnut Day I decided to try out a clean eating version of Homer Simpsons favorite treat. I got this specific recipe from The Gracious Pantry , and although I don't eat doughnuts often...or ever...I thought they were really tasty! Now one thing to keep in mind is that just because a recipe is 'clean' that doesn't mean that you do not have to abide to proper portions. That being said, when I have a treat I prefer clean treats! I did not have a doughnut pan to use when trying out this recipe so I improvised by using a cup cake pan and then a cupcake cutter that I found at the local party store. Enjoy! INGREDIENTS: 2 cups of whole wheat pastry flour 3 teaspoons baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 4 large eggs  2 tablespoons safflower oil  3/4 cup honey 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut milk DIRECTIONS: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
