There's a new Workout in town...Country Heat!

Image
I never in a million years thought I would see this day, but it is here! Country line dancing meets fitness....
Celebrity trainer and professionally trained dancer Autumn Calabrese (you might know her from that 21 Day Fix thing) decided to help you burn calories with a little twang! Her new program being released this July called Country Heat is a country dance inspired workout!

Well what if I succeeded? What if I was right? I was sick of hearing myself complain about my situation and never doing anything about it...so I took a chance and became a coach.

This past week I boarded the largest cruise ship in the world with 7,000 other Beachbody coaches. We were from all walks of life. There were families, singles, men, women, old, young, gay, straight, democrats, republicans, meat eaters, and vegans who …
