Clean Eating Brownies
Just made these brownies and the only thing bad about
them was that I couldn't stop eating them. I have to
remember that just because they are clean doesn't mean I
can eat the whole tray..oops. I tried one batch as is, and in
another batch I added 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. The
batch without the PB tasted better to me. I also found that it
is really important to let them cool before eating. Hope you
like them! Enjoy :)
INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup coconut flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder.
1/3 cup coconut oil
5 whole eggs
1/2 cup maple syrup.
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together coconut flour and cocoa
powder.
2. Whisk in the coconut oil, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla
extract. Blend well.
3. Pour batter into a greased baking dish ( I used a muffin
pan) and bake at 350 F. For about 30 minutes.
4. Allow to cool.
