The 21 Day Fix Containers...Don't Freak Out!

When I first got my 21 day fix package in the mail I was all pumped up to open it up, and when I did, I though "that's it??". I am sure many of you have done the same. I am here to tell you not to worry. It looks like it is not much, but once you actually figure it out, it is more than enough! 

First, Don't don't just get one of each container a day. The amount of containers you have per day depends on your calorie range. Once you figure out your calorie range, you will know how many containers per day you need. I am in the 1200-1499 calorie range, so for me I get: 4 red, 3 green, 2 purple, 2 yellow, 1 blue, 1 orange, and 2 spoons.

Once I figured out my calorie range I read through the book to see what types of foods fell into each container. After I figured that out I made a meal plan. I am the type of person who needs everything written down and prepared ahead of time or I will fail!

After my meal plan was written out, all I had to do was go food shopping for the stuff I needed, and I was good to go. I will tell you that planning ahead was KEY for me. If I didn't plan ahead I didn't end up following through. Remember, this is a learning process. If you don't get it right at first, don't give up...just make some tweaks and try again! You got this!!
