Shaun T's CIZE: The End of Exercise!
I like to THINK I can dance hip hop....but I am sure how I look in my head is very different from how it looks in real life. Regardless of how I look doing it, there has always been this want inside of me to really learn to be a good hip hop dancer. I have been to classes and LOVED them. THAT is why I am so excited to share with you all that this July Shaun T who is the creator of Insanity and T25 will be releasing a new hip hop dance based workout program called CIZE.
CIZE is a 4 week dance/fitness program that simplifies dance routines so that you can break a sweat and get your groove on. The best part about it is, you forget you are even working out! Workouts range from 35-40 minutes so for people short on time, you can improve your dance game and get your workout on all at the same time!
Think you can't dance? Welp, that doesn't really matter! Shaun T simplifies the routine breaking it down step-by-step ultimately building them into a full hip hop dance routine.
