CIZE is here!
The program everyone has been waiting for is finally released! Shaun T's new dance workout is here, and I want you to join me.
Now I don't typically do these types of workouts because I really like my weights, but after ATTEMPTING to get my groove on up on stage this year at summit, I think it is something I need to do!
I will be holding a 'Test Group' which really just means we can all go into this thing together and have each others back. This is a new program so I really have no idea what to expect other than knowing my dance moves will improve and I will get my sweat on while having fun. Just in case you need a little more information than that (I'm a fly by the seat of my pants type of girl) here is some more information on what this program entails:
- This is a 4 week program
- Workouts range from 30-45 minutes
- It's FUN!!
