I am sure that many of you can tell, but for those of you who don't know me I am pretty passionate about coaching and helping people get health both physically and mentally. That being said, this is going to be the most REAL and HONEST post that I have ever written about the coaching opportunity. I am hosting an informational call this Wednesday night and I want people to come listen to see what coaching is all about on TeamBStrong...but I am looking for very specific people. Know anyone like this?



I am looking for some serious go-getters and doers. What does that mean? It means that I want people who have that spark in them that is waiting to be lit...people who feel that they have a shit ton of talent that is just going to waste doing what they are doing now. I am looking for people who are self motivated, creative, who have an entrepreneurial mindset and have always dreamed of being their own boss. 


The good thing about that is with Beachbody we already have all the tools that it takes to be a successful business owner. Here are all of the reasons why coaching is amazing:

  2.  The products are bad ass and they work so we don't have to invent our own products.
  3. There is no overhead so we can work from anywhere and anything that people order comes directly from the warehouse.

  5.  It's fun! we get to go on fun trips and celebrate our success.
  6. We help people change their lives in ways they never knew that they could! 
I love this company because it gives me the platform to grow into exactly what I want to. Because I became a coach there was a huge positive ripple effect down into all other areas of my life. 


I started putting myself out there more and people started becoming interested in my raps, my social media skills have improved greatly and I am confident that I would be an asset to many other businesses out there. On top of that my confidence has soared, I found a sense of purpose in my life and in my career, and that in turn just made me an all around happier person...THAT is freaking insane to me. 


As part of my job I get to blog about whatever I want from wherever I want....and what I want is to inspire people. Basically my job is to be healthy, share it, be positive, share it, and give people the motivation they need to be the best people they can be.

What I want now is to build a team of coaches who are just like me! People who love to grow, learn, and inspire! I'm looking for creative minds in to brainstorm with, and people who are ready to make a difference.

I am a Boston girl born and raised but honestly I am cold more often than not. For that reason as soon as summer ends I start to get sad and panic about how I am going to keep myself warm all winter. 21 Day Fix Quinoa & Black Bean Salad

I just tried out this Quinoa and Black Bean Salad recipe from the new 21 Day Fix cookbook  called Fixate  that is being released next week...SO GOOD! If this is any indication as to what the rest of the book entails then we are in for a MAJOR 21 Day Fix upgrade! This will be what I bring to the next cookout I am invited to. People will have no idea that it is actually healthy for them because it tastes so good! Serves 12 (1 cup each) Prep Time: 30min. What a Day of Meals Looks Like on the 3-Day Refresh.

The 3-Day Refresh Cleanse came out last week, and I am sure you are all wondering what a day of meals would look like if you were to do this cleanse. I have decided to put this post together so that I can simply show you how the cleanse will go day by day.  Day 1-  (Upon waking drink 8-10 oz. of filtered water.) Breakfast(within 1 hour of waking): Shakeology blended in 1 1/4 cups filtered water. Plus 1 serving from the fruit list. I chose half of a banana and actually added it into my shake. I added ice, and cinnamon which is on the guilt-free flavorings list that they provide us. I made it the same way all 3 days. Optional: Morning Tea (at least one hour after breakfast) 1 cup unsweetened herbal or green tea. (stevia sweetener allowed) I chose not to do this because I was fine drinking my water.  Mid-Morning(at least 1 hour after morning tea): Fiber Sweep (digestive health drink) mixed in 1 cup filtered water.
