22 Minute Hard Corps Review & Week 3 Meal Plan
So week two of 22 Minute Hard Corps just happened...
I can't believe that I ever doubted getting a good workout in with this program. I mean yea it's only 22 minutes, but it's Tony freaking Horton...OF COURSE I am going to get a good workout!
I got the sandbag with the program and have been using that with someone the moves...lets just say I named my sandbag and it starts with F.
I tried out a few of the meals from the meal plan this week. They are all super simple to make. I decided to add a few tweaks of my own to the Tempeh Kale Salad (pictured above).
So far so good with this program. Even though I am BEAT after the workout my brain still has yet to accept that it is ok to workout for just 22 minutes. I am now onto week 3 and am feeling stronger. I can tell by the fact that I am using F (my sandbag) a lot more and am not swearing at the t.v. as much. Week 3 meal plan is ready to go and I am ready to GET SOME.
