I have just returned from Birmingham, U.K. where The Dream Team United headed to do a training with our Dream Team United founding coaches! As you may know, Team Beachbody is opening up for business in the UK in late Autumn. The official date that Team Beachbody is launching in the U.K. is October 19th, 2017. For those who are wanting to build a business or become a customer with Team Beachbody, it is essential that they start laying the foundation for a successful launch. That is why myself along with some other leaders on our team headed over to Birmingham this past week and provided top of the line training for our future coaches.

Our team has been the #1 team in the entire company for the past 3 years which is something that no other team in the history of the company has been able to achieve. Through hard work, dedication, and our passion for helping others to achieve healthy and fulfilling lives we have created a system that works and is easily duplicated. We have had great success here in the states, and want to continue that success by helping those that are interested in the U.K. as well.

Although we got to enjoy the culture of the U.K. we were ultimately there to provide valuable training to those that are wanting to join our team come this October. That is one thing that separates the Dream Team United from many other teams in the organization. We have great training tools, support, and a team culture like no other.

At our event, we covered a ton of topics that will help our founding coaches get started right and feeling confident in their businesses. We gave them education, community, a look into our team culture, and the tools that they will need to learn in order to maximize their business potential.


We will be shared our own personal stories, our vision, and mission of our organization as well as how we operate our trainings, team calls, challenge groups and more.

By the end of the training Dream Team United coaches knew all about:

-What a challenge group is & how will you get support as a customer or coach
-The details of the compensation plan (how to earn an income)
-How they can grow and perfect their social media presence
-How they can build a list of contacts to reach out to when we do go live
-How to run challenge groups & support their customers in their fitness journey
-How to tell their story and inspire others
-How to explain what a challenge group is and enroll customers

The best part was watching the foundation of our Dream Team United community being formed as our founding coaches got to know one another, started to build bonds, and began to feel the sense of family that is so strong within our team. They were able to try Shakeology, and really understand why this company is so amazing by hearing one another's transformations and stories thus far.

I left Birmingham incredibly excited and inspired by the future of the Dream Team United. We have attracted some amazing people to our team who have already become like family!

I am a Boston girl born and raised but honestly I am cold more often than not. For that reason as soon as summer ends I start to get sad and panic about how I am going to keep myself warm all winter. 21 Day Fix Quinoa & Black Bean Salad

I just tried out this Quinoa and Black Bean Salad recipe from the new 21 Day Fix cookbook  called Fixate  that is being released next week...SO GOOD! If this is any indication as to what the rest of the book entails then we are in for a MAJOR 21 Day Fix upgrade! This will be what I bring to the next cookout I am invited to. People will have no idea that it is actually healthy for them because it tastes so good! Serves 12 (1 cup each) Prep Time: 30min. Cooking Time: 12 min.  Container equivalents: 1 green, 2 yellow, 1.5 teaspoons  INGREDIENTS 1/3 cup Fresh lime juice 1 Tbsp. ground cumin 1 Tbsp. sea salt (or Himalayan salt) 1/3 cup olive oil 2 cans (15-oz. ea.) black beans drained, rinsed 4 1/2 tsp. red wine vinegar (ground pepper to taste; optional) 4 cups water 2 cups dry quinoa, rinsed 1 medium red bell pepper, finely chopped 1 medium orange bell pepper, finely chopped 1 medium yellow bell pepper, finely chopped 1 (10-oz.) bag frozen corn,

What a Day of Meals Looks Like on the 3-Day Refresh.

The 3-Day Refresh Cleanse came out last week, and I am sure you are all wondering what a day of meals would look like if you were to do this cleanse. I have decided to put this post together so that I can simply show you how the cleanse will go day by day.  Day 1-  (Upon waking drink 8-10 oz. of filtered water.) Breakfast(within 1 hour of waking): Shakeology blended in 1 1/4 cups filtered water. Plus 1 serving from the fruit list. I chose half of a banana and actually added it into my shake. I added ice, and cinnamon which is on the guilt-free flavorings list that they provide us. I made it the same way all 3 days. Optional: Morning Tea (at least one hour after breakfast) 1 cup unsweetened herbal or green tea. (stevia sweetener allowed) I chose not to do this because I was fine drinking my water.  Mid-Morning(at least 1 hour after morning tea): Fiber Sweep (digestive health drink) mixed in 1 cup filtered water.
