There's a new Workout in town...Country Heat!
I never in a million years thought I would see this day, but it is here! Country line dancing meets fitness....
Celebrity trainer and professionally trained dancer Autumn Calabrese (you might know her from that 21 Day Fix thing) decided to help you burn calories with a little twang! Her new program being released this July called Country Heat is a country dance inspired workout!
Ms. Autumn is apparently a long time country music and dance lover and wanted to pair her love for country with her love for fitness. She came up with a high energy, low impact dance workout that ANYONE can do...even if you have two left feet. 30 minutes of non stop dancing to today's hottest country hits are a sure way to get your sweat on and make you smile as well! Who knows, maybe you might hear a little something from my cousin Jo Dee Messina!!
I don't know about you, but when I am dancing I do NOT feel like I am working out...and sometimes that's a good thing!! Autumn designed this fun cardio workout to help burn calories, kick up your metabolism, and re shape your body in a fun and energetic way! The moves are easy to follow so anyone can do them, and each routine is infused with energy, fun, and cardio-centric moves that are going to help tighten and tone your body!
