I'm onto week four of 22 Minute Hard Corps and I have only done resistance 3 so far, but all I can say is HOLY HELL! Just when I thought the gorilla crawls were getting easier a whole new array of moves are introduced...THANKS TONY!
All kidding aside I do feel like I am getting much stronger and am still beat after every single workout! My meal plan is set for week four and I am ready to tackle the week!
