Results: Brazil Butt Masters Series
After a week away in Punta Cana with my friend who has the most perfect backside I decided that I was going to work on mine by doing the 30 day Brazil Butt Lift Master Series. I really wasn't sure what to expect because honestly, watching the trailer, I thought it was going to be an easy workout. I will straight up tell you that I was 100% wrong. It was nothing like I have ever done before, and I would definitely not categorize it as easy.
Let's just say these were moves that I have never done before and they took a little getting use to. Slowly but surely over the 4 week period, I increased my ankle weights and the moves were becoming easier. By the end of the 30 days, I was happy with how my glutes had changed and I am intrigued to see what another 30 days would bring. I am not entirely sure if I am going to commit entirely to the Brazil Butt Lift program, but I am definitely going to at least be adding some of the workouts in several times a week!
I could have been much better with my nutrition during this program so I am factoring that into my results but I am overall happy with them.
If you want to see a massive change in your backside I would definitely recommend the Brazil Butt Lift program. There is a 60-day program that I believe would make a huge impact that you can access through Beachbody on Demand!
