Dairy-Free Keto Options
When it comes to following a ketogenic diet, being dairy free can be incredibly difficult. It may seem like all the good snacks and high fat treats are all dairy...which most are, but that doesn't mean you are out of luck if you are dairy free. Many people are allergic to dairy, lactose intolerant, or have dairy sensitivities so today I am going to share with you some dairy alternatives when following the ketogenic diet.
Although there aren't a ton of options, I have found that you can get really creative with the options that we have.
My dairy-free keto go to's are:
-Coconut Milk
-Coconut Oil
-Coconut Cream
-Avocado
-Nuts
-Nut Butters
-Olive Oil
-Ghee
