I just ended my first of 3 rounds of the 21 Day Fix Extreme, and I am pretty happy with my results. I was 80% on point with the program, but a bachelorette weekend with all my friends this past week most definitely affected my progress. So for having a weekend away with my girls, in the middle of this first round, I am happy with the results
The way I made my meal plan was 2 days of the extreme, 1 day of the competition plan. I didn't mind doing it this way at all! The days I did the competition plan, I wasn't hungry, although your mind can sometimes make you crave things when you aren't letting yourself have them!
So in my first round of the 21 Day Fix Extreme, my weight stayed the same (I am not expecting that to move), and I lost 3 inches. I am back on track with my eating habits, and I am starting to notice a change in my mid section which is where I am looking to improve!
2 more rounds of this, and I have no doubt that I will reach my goal which is to feel good rocking a bikini with my coach friends in Cancun :) I am going to continue on the meal plan the way I have been doing it, and in the last round I will turn it around and do 2 days of Competition, 1 day of Extreme.
