Core De Force: MMA Inspired Total Body Transformation
I love when Beachbody releases a new workout, especially when it looks Bad Ass! Core De Force is the new fitness program being released on October 31st, and one that I am pumped about! I fell in love with fitness trainers Joel Freeman and Jericho McMatthews during my first ever at home fitness program Les Mills Pump. I loved their personalities and styles so when I heard that they created a new MMA style total body transformation program, I was in!
WHAT IS CORE DE FORCE?
Core De Force is a 30 day mixed martial arts inspired program designed by Joel and Jericho to carve your core with no equipment. Joel and Jericho wanted to really keep the MMA vibe and created the program with that in mind. This is a learn as you go program so if you aren't familiar with mixed martial arts, you can learn!
Each workout is broken down into 3 minute rounds, just like a real boxing match. Workouts alternate between Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay-Thai inspired combinations, body weight training, and bursts of cardio that kick up your calorie burn.
This program is not done "to a beat" so you do not need to be worried about if you are coordinated or not, and has a modifier in all workouts so that any fitness level and ability can do it!
The key for me on this one is the fact that there is no equipment needed seeing that I will be traveling for most of November. That means I can do it anywhere I go without having to worry!
WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?
The good thing about this program is that it is for everyone! It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or an expert, you can make this program work for you! You can either jump right in, or opt to watch the move breakdown for each workout to get you familiar with the moves and combinations first. There is an option to watch a modifier who will show low impact versions of the moves if you choose as well.
If you are someone who likes a tight, toned core, then this is definitely the program for you. Core De Force focuses on 360 degree rotational moves which focuses on your entire core every single time you workout!
HOW LONG ARE THE WORKOUTS?
Core De Force is a 30 day program where you are working out 6 days and stretching for one. There are 8 workouts in the program, and each ranges from 30-45 minutes in length.

The Core De Force challenge pack will officially go on sale October 31st, 2016 for customers of Beachbody coaches only. The requirement to join is that you do not already work with a coach, you show up daily in our private group to check in, drink Shakeology and do your workouts daily, and be willing to give this everything you have!
