6 Thanksgiving Sides for the Non-Dairy Foodie
Thanksgiving has taken on a new life since I began following a plant-based diet. I find holidays to be the most difficult time to follow what lifestyle unless I bring my own food. Being someone who loves to cook, I am completely fine with bringing my own stuff and have put together a list of my favorite plant-based sides for your Thanksgiving pleasure! They are in no particular order just sharing the recipes.
I love me some biscuits especially when they aren't filled with Dairy. They were fluffy, and tasted so damn good! Check out the recipe here!
I have always been in love with mashed potatoes. The problem was, they weren't in love with me. I thought that I would never find a recipe that would fulfill my mashed potato needs and also my healthy living lifestyle UNTIL I found this recipe!
When I think of stuffing I don't think of figs, apples, or sage but holy crap was that good! Want to impress others bringing this side to Thanksgiving? Check out the recipe.
I've never had Brussels sprouts quite like these and I'm pretty sure I will never have them any other way ever again! Bored with your Brussels Sprouts, try this recipe out.
I love sweet potato casserole but often I am not able to eat it unless it is made by me. This will definitely be my new go-to recipe!
I love a nice cup of soup to start out with on Thanksgiving day and this butternut squash soup recipe is perfect!
Those are my favorites thus far but each week I continue to find and test out dairy free and most of the time vegan recipes that I can share with you all. I hope you have an amazing holiday and are filled with delicious food that makes you happy!
